Golf Days - General Information A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be lodged with each confirmed booking. If the function proceeds, the total deposit will be credited to the customer's account. Menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, room plan and function times must be confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the function. Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the day of the event. These numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the function, but not decreased. Golfing Green Fees
Single Tee Start - the most often used form of hit off suitable for groups of 16-60. Two Tee Start - An effective way to tee off a larger group. This allows golfers progressive and simultaneous hit offs, thereby reducing both the overall start and completion times. Shot Gun Start - To book a shotgun start, you need to book the use of the whole course. This is ideal if you would like all players to return to the Clubhouse for dinner and/or presentations at the same time. Please Note - Green fee is payable for the number of actual players that play. eg 80 booked at $30 but only 60 play, therefore only pay for 60. A 25% non refundable deposit is required for booking in excess of 12 players. Prices Prices will be confirmed in writing along with the function details. Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as printed, but these may be subject to change at Management's discretion. The customer will be advised of any variation in prices prior to the function. All prices include Goods and Services Tax. Payment Green Fees and catering charges are to be paid 14 days prior to the function with the rest of the account due for payment 14 days after the function. Carnarvon Golf Club accepts payment via Cash, Company Cheques, VisaCard/MasterCard and Electronic Funds Transfer. In the event of rain and/or course closure - Deposit to be held for 3 months and applied against a postponed date. Liquor Liquor is available on a package or dry till basis. Security Carnarvon Golf Club will not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function. Our staff are available to make appropriate arrangements of safe storage of property. Golf Carts We have 18 fully maintained Carts for your use at $35 per cart per 18 holes. Hand pulled buggies must have wide tyres. Alternatively these can be hired from the professional at $5 each. Equipment Hire Hire Clubs for both left and right handed players can be hired from the pro-shop at a cost of $25 per set. Dress Rules We wish to maintain a dress standard commensurate with the game of golf and as such any person arriving for golf not properly attired will not be allowed on the course. [ View Dress Rules ] Drinks on the Course A drinks cart is available for a fee of $55 however, a responsible representative from your group, preferably with an RSA certificate, must staff the cart. All beverages must be purchased from the Club. Extras We are pleased to assist you with co-ordination of the following services / facilities;Nearest to the pin markers on all par 3's. Longest drive markers on any / al par 5's. Presentation tables, a selection of prizes from our Pro-Shop. Use of practise nets and putting greens. Signage from your sponsors on your requested holes - these need to be delivered no later than 2 days prior to event with a list of names and sponsors for each hole. Use of electronic numbering machine & microphone for raffles & presentation. |
