Wedding Packages

Carnarvon Golf Club can make your special day a dream come true by providing first class service, menus and attention to detail, making your day, and your guests day, as carefree and wonderful as possible.

We offer a range of wedding packages to suit both your particular menu style and budget requirements.

Carnarvon Golf Club currently offers 3 different wedding packages.
The Classic, The Traditional and The Deluxe.


 

     Classic

  • Hire of Function Room for 5 hours up to 11pm.
  • Complimentary use of the Golf Course for Ceremony and/or photos
  • Separate Venue for Bridal Party pre-reception drinks and canapes
  • Traditional wedding setting, with round guest tables (8 per table) Bridal, Cake and Gift tables.
  • Chair Covers with your choice of coloured sash/bow and napkins
  • Your place cards set out and guest lists posted in the function room.
  • Floral Centerpieces for Guest Tables.
  • Lectern and In – House microphone.
  • Parquetry dance floor.
  • 3 Course Set Menu
  • Off Street Car parking available for all your guests.

    $77.00 per person
These packages are only available for weddings with 80 or more guests.


 

     Traditional

  • Hire of Function Room for 5 hours up to 11pm.
  • Complimentary use of the Golf Course for Ceremony and/or photos.
  • Traditional wedding setting, with round guest tables (8 per table), Bridal, Cake and Gift tables.
  • Chair Covers with your choice of coloured sash/bow.
  • Your choice of Coloured Napkins.
  • Floral Centrepieces for Guest tables
  • Your place cards set out and guest lists posted in the function room.
  • Lectern and In – House microphone.
  • Parquetry dance floor.
  • Separate Venue for Bridal Party pre-reception drinks and canapes
  • 3 Course Set Menu
  • 2 Bottles of Wine on each table. A matching selection of Red & White Australian Wine.
  • Champagne Toast for your guests.
  • A DJ and MC for your 5 hour reception.
  • Off Street Car parking available for all your guests.

  • Floral Centrepieces for Bridal & Guest tables
  • Your place cards set out and guest lists posted in the function room.
  • Parquetry dance floor.
  • Lectern and In – House microphone.
  • Chef’s selection of assorted canapes ( hot & cold ) and Pre dinner drinks on arrival
  • 3 Course Set Menu
  • 2 Bottles of Wine on each table. A matching selection of Red & White Australian Wine.
  • Champagne Toast for your guests.
  • Beverage Package for 5 Hours – Includes unlimited Tap Beer, Wine and Soft Drink.
  • A DJ and MC for your 5 hour reception.
  • Off Street Car parking available for all your guests.
  • Honeymoon Suite – Mantra (Parramatta or City) including breakfast.
